Paul is the CEO and founder of Krueger Technical, Inc. and has 20+ years of technical, software and project management related consulting experience both domestically and abroad. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), PSM 1, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds numerous other technical and management related certifications.
Paul’s areas of client focus include management of large multi-discipline projects and programs, process development, data visualization, and technical consulting for defense, space, software and aeronautical projects. He is accomplished at both leading and contributing to team efforts, and has a huge portfolio of work that includes project and program management for multinationals in the US, Asia, and the EU as well as technical work on the James Webb Space Telescope, Tomahawk Block IV missile, and Atlas and Vulcan rockets. He is also one of the founders of Perfecting Software, LLC, a software company that develops enterprise project management and BIM software.
Kris is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt whose areas of client focus include leading large, strategic programs for companies, consulting on project management best practices, developing custom methodologies, providing hands-on coaching, performing project audits, and conducting tailored learning events in a variety of industries.
Kris is a multifaceted individual with 20+ years of experience piloting highly effective projects and process improvement initiatives. He is well versed in strategic planning, financial modeling, and business development with a proven track record in leading diverse cross-functional teams with on-time and under budget completions. Customer focused with a reputation for innovation, organization and delivering results. Consummate team player with exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels. Professional public speaker and trainer consistently receiving rave reviews and garnering repeat business.
Bruce has 20+ years’ Project Management experience in the technology industry. He has specialized in the Energy industry over the last 8 years as a master scheduler and engineering and construction PM/project management trainer. Within the energy industry, Bruce has provided project control guidance as well as created scheduling best practices for large renewable companies as well as midstream oil and gas companies, worked on projects to combine up to 17 vendor and contractor schedules into one master schedule, and managed over $3 billion in construction schedules across multiple vendors and EPC companies. He has also created
customized training materials and delivered courses to diverse sets of audiences across industries. Bruce has a proven track record for taking projects that are at risk of failure, getting them back on track and completed successfully through creating cohesive and collaborative teams, finding and managing stakeholders at all levels as well as actively managing third party vendors.
Steve has 20+ years of experience on both the satellite and launcher sides of the space industry. He is an electrical engineer, specializing in spacecraft electrical integration, and has worked on many of the major programs in the US space and missile industry, including ICPS, Delta, Atlas, Athena, GX and Trident. He has worked as the responsible engineer for spacecraft electrical integration for over 20 Delta IV launches, including those from NROL-26 through the Parker Solar Probe, EFT-1, GPS III, and several of the GOES missions.
Steve’s main areas of client focus are electrical engineering and technical project management. He brings his extensive experience and domain knowledge to these projects, and is accomplished at providing solutions under extremely difficult technical and time constrained conditions.
Ibukunoluwa “IBK” has been consulting in Telecommunications, Healthcare and Public IT Project Management in Oklahoma and Texas for the past 8 years. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and CSM, and also holds the CPHIMS certification. His experience in IT, Database Management, and EMR/EHR integration allows him to bring focused domain and technical expertise to his projects.
Kirk has over 20 years of experience working on the Launcher side of the space industry. He is an electrical engineer and Navy Veteran and has worked on many of the major vehicles in the industry, including Atlas and Delta.
Kirk’s main areas of client focus are spacecraft integration, systems engineering, and requirements management. He is able to leverage his extensive experience and domain knowledge to provide valuable assistance to our customers.
